WORKSHOPS
OWN YOUR SHOW - WORKSHOP
Public speaking and stage presence
In this workshop, I combine my knowledge in anthropology with theater to help you understand that you can be in control of your own performance, as a public speaker, and as a lecturer a leader. This is not a regular public speaking workshop, it’s about speaking to an audience, but also being in dialogue with the audience, and fostering a space of generosity and solidarity in a competitive and patriarchal environment.
This workshop will give you skills on how to read your audience, actively listen to them, and include them in the presented work in an emotionally intelligent manner.

LET'S OPEN A WINDOW
Interventions in institutional events or conferences
Academic conferences and institutional events are particular spaces of intellectual exchange. I propose games that inspire people to get to know each other and connect participants to their pleasure in sharing their knowledge and work. I build on feminist theory and anthropology to offer these interventions, that will feel like we are opening a window and letting in some fresh breeze.

If none of these workshops fit your needs and you want something tailored-made, don't hesitate in contacting me. We can talk about what your needs are and come up with an exclusive program that will shake things up.

TEAM BUILDING - WORKSHOP
This workshop is designed to create bonds and shared memories in a team. It’s team-building, but also bonding and consolidating relationships.
Through theatrical games, this workshop immerses teams in a collective experience that nourishes solidarity and values differences. It’s great for companies, organizations, and academic groups. Exercises and games that seem simple in instructions reveal tensions and how a group moves together towards objectives. It's perfect to help teams identify their points of tension, and their strengths, and consolidate their identity as a collective.

My workshops and classes bring together theater, anthropology, and feminist theories.
I create an environment of trust and generosity that inspires participants to lift each other up while having fun. The workshops are designed to reconnect participants to their pleasure in playing and taking risks while learning about public speaking, stage presence, and how to actively listen to each other, and their audiences.

Imagination is key to children's development and theater allows them to immerse themselves in various scenarios in playful ways. It allows children to safely navigate situations, probe possibilities, and consequently find solutions. Most importantly, it exposes children to new vocabulary and unique ways of communicating.
In this theater group, we promote a safe environment where children can express themselves, take risks, practice leadership, and learn assertiveness and active listening. At the end of the year, the group will have great fun presenting our work to family and friends.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
DANIEL RICARDO QUIROGA VILLAMARIN

The workshops taught by Nathaly have been a wonderful experience. Her approach is innovative and playful.
In particular, I enjoyed how she carefully created a safe space where very diverse participants can experiment and learn collectively.

Through the association Women in Economics Léman, we organized an Own Your Show workshop.
Besides the extremely positive personal experience, I am more and more convinced about the key role that Nathaly Leduc's work plays "to level the playing field". Women and other underrepresented minorities could benefit enormously from receiving this training.

A small step into Nathaly's workshops is enough to grasp the feeling of being in a special environment (...) In short, I cannot help but feel lucky to have the chance of experiencing this and observe how it impacts my everyday well-being and also on my professional experience.
